We, the Keystone Youth Center are aware that we have easy access to clean water, which is regarded as a ‘basic’ human necessity. However, there are many people who do not. 400 million people in sub-Saharan Africa lack access to ‘basic’ drinking water. Many kids in Ghana have to travel 2-3 miles to bring water home while missing out on school. Although there is water in Ghana, they lack the money required to produce water wells and bring the water out to the surface. This is where we can help. If we can raise enough money, we will be able to build them water well and give the people the clean water that they need. Please donate to our cause and help us make this a reality.

Our unity and idea of collaboration can open more doors than one can imagine. For this project, it only takes $4,000 to build a well, and its maintenance costs for five years in Ghana. Our goal is to start up a well by the end of May of 2023. No matter the donation, your hand will be holding someone else’s. One person at a time, one gift at a time, the world can become a better place not only for us but for the coming generations that will walk in our footsteps as well.

We won’t get anywhere just standing in place and we won’t see the blossoms of flowers growing into fruits that are on the verge of exploding with bountiful juices unless we take time to give them their due care and attention. If all we do is try to survive in life, that is not living. Let’s help people start living and give them their due care and attention; Let’s take steps to conquer this mountain of poverty hand in hand. This world is better with unity. Let us all pray for all communities, all religions, and all those with different beliefs to come together as ONE.
