The Coronavirus in India: Alleviating Suffering

It’s no secret India is currently in a major humanitarian crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic with more than 6.6 million India Caronivirus cases reported in April. Cemeteries are overwhelmed with the deceased and hospitals are turning away sick people by the number due to lack of beds and oxygen. Reasons for the massive crisis include vicious Indian and United Kingdom variants, relaxed restrictions that led people to mingle, and slow vaccine roll-out and shortage of supply. Unfortunately, the magnitude of the India Coronavirus crisis also threatens the entire world. They need YOU right now!

Providing India Coronavirus Relief

This is why Embrace Relief is stepping up to the plate and aiding India as much as possible. We plan to help send ventilators (each ventilator costs $500) and oxygen concentrators as these are their critical needs. In addition, we’re sending as many face masks, hand sanitizers, and other forms of PPE materials (Personal Protective Equipment) to India as we can, including to 300 orphans, to help staunch the spread of the virus. We’re also sending food packages to provide people with the nutrition they need to keep their bodies healthy while fighting the disease.
