Unfortunately, there are hundreds of millions of people around the world who live in very poor conditions where they lack adequate food, water, healthcare and even eyesight. If We are to show any gratitude for the opportunities we have then it is our duty to help bring hope to those who are less fortunate than us.

I am a member of my school’s HOSA chapter. HOSA – Future Health Professionals is a global student-led organization that “actively promotes career opportunities in the health industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people. I believe that Embrace Relief’s Cataract Surgery Project is highly unique and aligns with HOSA’s vision; there are few organizations besides Embrace Relief that sponsor cataract surgeries due to the hard work involved in finding doctors willing to go to Africa and volunteer their time and energy to perform health checkups and surgeries. This is why I genuinely appreciate the work that you are doing and would love to work with you.
