Hello, I’m Chris Mileo, a teacher at Bergen Arts & Science Charter High School in Hackensack, NJ. For the past two years, the Pathway to College Program at our school has partnered with Embrace Relief to raise over $25,000 to build water wells in Tanzania & Kenya. We were fortunate enough to go & visit the opening of those water wells to see first hand the awesome impact that our fundraising was able to accomplish.
This school year, we are asking YOU to help us combat another noble cause. We are excited to be working alongside Embrace Relief once again in our mission to combat poverty and homelessness in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We will be traveling to Rio in April of 2026 to build tiny homes for those in need & we need your support!
100% of the money you donate here goes DIRECTLY to the cost of building homes in Rio. We are personally funding our cost of traveling to Rio on our own.
Thank you for your kindness, empathy, & support!
