The powerful earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24 have already caused a death toll of more than 5,200, injured more than 16,000 others, and displaced countless families from their homes. Measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude, the earthquakes devastated communities and left survivors struggling to access basic necessities such as food, clean water, medical care, hygiene supplies, clothing, blankets, and temporary shelter.
