The John F Kennedy Memorial High school Embrace Relief club was honored to participate in the multicultural community festival hosted at CJCC Somerset in Franklin Township. The festival brought together thousands of attendees to celebrate culture, community, and service through traditional Turkish dances, food, family activities, and meaningful conversations.

Our team set up an arcade and game style stand that welcomed families, children, and community members throughout the day. Through this interactive booth, we had the opportunity to speak with hundreds of people about Embrace Relief’s mission and ongoing humanitarian projects as well as our own projects.

Thanks to the generosity and support of the community, we raised $1,300 to support our clubs trip to Uganda, efforts to provide assistance to those in need. More than just a fundraiser, the event was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people from diverse backgrounds come together with compassion, joy, and a shared commitment to helping others.
