Worldwide, more than 45 million children live with severe hunger, at severe risk for long-term physical, mental, and cognitive effects that last a lifetime.
During Ramadan 2025, Embrace Relief provided more than 28,000 for orphaned children. Help us make an even bigger impact in 2025: for every $4 you give, you will provide a day’s iftar meal for 1 child during the holy month. Africa Hunger Relief
Nearly half of the world’s food-insecure population lives in Africa, the result of generations of poverty, food production disruptions caused by climate change, and conflicts on the continent. The hunger crisis touches many countries, but particularly sub-Saharan countries where poverty is the deepest.
During Embrace Relief’s Ramadan 2025 campaign, we delivered food packages and meals to more than 44,000 people in 10 African countries: Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda. Despite the great wealth of the United States, many of our neighbors here are struggling to put food on their plates. Nearly 1 in 7 households in America faced food insecurity in 2023, including an estimated 6.5 million households with children.
For Embrace Relief, which is based in the United States, we believe it’s critical to lend a helping hand to struggling families close to our home. During our Ramadan 2025 campaign, Embrace Relief provided food packages to more than 200 families. Donate today and help us provide food to our neighbors in need!

Greece Hunger Relief
In Greece, thousands of people live as refugees, having fled persecution and conflict in their home country. This can be a difficult life, as men and women must find a way to provide their families with housing, food, education, and other basic needs while navigating an unfamiliar country, language, and culture.
To support our refugee friends in Greece, Embrace Relief provided food packages to more than 1,600 people during our Ramadan 2025 campaign. A donation for our refugee friends in Greece will help provide the security they need to rebuild their lives, free from hunger.
