Osman Dulgeroglu
CEO
During Dulgeroglu’s tenure as CEO, he has expanded the organization’s reach to over 40 countries and extensively broadened Embrace Relief’s organizational focus. When Dulgeroglu joined Embrace Relief, the organization was primarily focused on disaster relief, and he is responsible for expanding the organization’s focus to include humanitarian relief initiatives including refugee relief, clean water, and global health initiatives, among others. With more than 20 years of experience in operations, leadership, management, and human resources, Dulgeroglu started his career in education management. Prior to joining Embrace Relief, Mr. Osman was CEO of the Dream School in Pittsburg and CEO of the Federation of Balkan American Associations. Mr. Dulgeroglu holds a B.S. in Biology from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey, and an M.S. in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University.
Dana Coppola
Project Coordinator Public Relations Specialist
Dana Coppola is the Public Relations and Media Specialist at Embrace Relief where she is responsible for content creation, campaign planning and implementation, public speaking, and innovative thinking. She has increased Embrace Relief’s donor database by 90%, and during the COVID-19 Pandemic, she hosted the Stronger Together Livestream Fundraiser that had over 6,000 people in attendance and raised over $105,000. Dana is pursuing her master’s degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication with a concentration in Cross-Cultural Communication at Northeastern University.
Bea Yabut Richardson
Social Media Specialist
Bea Yabut-Richardson is the Social Media Specialist at Embrace Relief where she is responsible for content creation, social media, digital, and email marketing. She connected with social media influencers who have 20K to 5M following and also with different celebrities and public figures for Embrace Relief’s first livestream fundraiser “Stronger Together” that had over 6,000 viewers and raised more than $105,000. She booked Lisa Guerrero and Gary Busey as guest speakers of the aforementioned fundraiser. She graduated from De La Salle University – Manila, Philippines with a BS in Business Management and further continued her education with a dual degree Masters in International Business and International Marketing from Hult International Business School – London, UK and Boston, MA.
Mona Hantash
Project Coordinator
Mona Hantash is the Project Coordinator for Yemen and Rohingya Refugees in Embrace Relief. She was born in Kuwait in 1985 and gained B.A in modern languages from Yarmouk University in Jordan. After surviving the gulf war in 1991 at the age of five, she has then dedicated her life to helping others witnessing the same crisis around the world, especially when her mother is from Chechnya, a Russian republic who also suffered from the war to end as a refugee in Jordan. She has spent most of her career in the humanitarian industry, from being an Assistant at a French INGO funded by the UN, to be a Senior Officer for Yemen projects and other programs for the Middle East.
