Help Supply Bread for People of Yemen

Embrace Relief is delivering fresh bread to 1,500 people each day in Yemen

As Yemen enters its ninth year of conflict, its people continue to face hunger, poverty and economic disruption.

Thanks to our donors, we are saving lives with our bread distribution.

Donating for Giving Tuesday will allow us to continue this vital program.

The Thanksgiving season in the United States is a time of year when food, family and community are the front of everyone’s minds. And with Giving Tuesday 2022 set for November 29, just four days after Turkey Day, Embrace Relief is asking you to think about the people of Yemen, who need our support in the fight against hunger and food scarcity now more than ever.

“In the past, we lived in a difficult situation, in a bad crisis where we could not find food for our families.”
Adil

Since February, 1,500 Yemenis received bread every day.

“It was difficult for us to bring bread for our families, but now we feel at peace because you have provided us with this glorious program.”
Adra

The Past 9 Years in Yemen

More than 4 million people have been displaced from their homes and lost their jobs.

19 million Yemenis are food insecure, according to United Nations World Food Programme.

According to the U.N., the country is on the edge of famine, and no end to the conflict in sight. Embrace Relief’s Yemen relief is saving lives and helping hundreds of families every day.

But we need your help. Because the need is so great, we’re making it our focus for Giving Tuesday 2022!
