Poverty is one of the biggest problems in America. There are more than 300,000 people living in property. To help solve this problem we have organized food drives; collected and distributed canned food. Embrace Relief has distributed more than 30,000 Lbs of food in 2012 and more than 60,000 Lbs in 2013. We plan to collect and distribute 10,000 Lbs of food in 2014 through food drives. However we are working to provide a more permanent solution to this problem. Embrace Relief has decided to start opening food pantries in cities that have high levels of poverty.
